1. Overview
XEnjoy Time Inc, the operator of PornFlixxx (www.pornflixxx.fun), takes copyright infringement seriously and fully respects the intellectual property rights of content creators, studios, and rights holders worldwide.
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and other applicable international copyright laws, we have established a clear notice and takedown procedure. If you believe that any content accessible through our website infringes upon your copyright, please follow the steps outlined in this policy to submit a formal DMCA takedown request.

3. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, your request must be submitted in writing and must include all of the following required elements as specified under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- Your full legal name and contact information, including your mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work or works that you claim have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered in a single notice, please provide a representative list.

For the fastest response, please submit your DMCA notice via email with the subject line: “DMCA Takedown Request” followed by your name or company name. Requests submitted without all required information may be rejected or delayed.
5. Our Response Process
Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA takedown notice, we will follow this process:
Step 1 — Acknowledgment
We will acknowledge receipt of your DMCA notice within 2 to 5 business days of receiving it.
Step 2 — Review
Our team will review the notice to ensure it contains all required elements and that the claim appears valid and in good faith.
Step 3 — Action
If the notice is valid, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing embedded content from our website. We will notify you once the content has been removed.
Step 4 — Counter-Notice (if applicable)
If the uploader of the content files a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content in accordance with DMCA procedures, unless you initiate legal action within the required timeframe.
6. DMCA Counter-Notice
If you believe that content was removed from PornFlixxx as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:
- Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address
- Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which XEnjoy Time Inc may be found

Please note: If a counter-notice is received, we may re-enable the content after 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action during that period.
7. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and our commitment to protecting intellectual property rights, XEnjoy Time Inc maintains a strict repeat infringer policy.
We will terminate or disable access for any users or sources that are found to be repeat infringers of copyright. A repeat infringer is any user or source that has been the subject of more than one valid and substantiated DMCA complaint within a reasonable period of time.
8. Reporting to Third-Party Hosting Platforms
Since PornFlixxx only embeds content hosted on external third-party platforms, we strongly recommend that you also submit DMCA notices directly to the platforms that are actually hosting the content. This will ensure the content is removed at its source.

9. Good Faith & Abuse of Process
XEnjoy Time Inc is committed to processing all DMCA notices in good faith and in a timely manner. We expect the same from those submitting notices.
We reserve the right to:
- Reject notices that are incomplete, inaccurate, or submitted in bad faith
- Report abusive or fraudulent DMCA claims to the appropriate authorities
- Seek legal remedies against any party that submits knowingly false or misleading DMCA notices
We encourage rights holders to use the DMCA process responsibly and accurately.
